Array analysis

The OGI Genomics Core has two array-based platforms at its disposal:

1) iScan Bead-Array scanner, Illumina, Inc.
2) SureScan Microarray Scanner, Agilent Technologies, Inc.

The information below offers some general guidelines for researchers to consider depending on their project aims and scope, as well as the sample cohort type and size.

iScan, Illumina, Inc.

Please click on the links for additional information for the iScan offerings Human Omni-2.5 and the Human OmniExpress

Sure Scan Microarray Scanner, Agilent Technologies, Inc.

Please click on the links for additional information on SureScan offerings CGH and CGH+SNP

For questions regarding our array platforms, scheduling/submitting samples for analysis, or scheduling a consultation, please contact Caitlin Finn, OGI’s Genomics Core Lab Manager at OGICore@meei.harvard.edu.
